Full Time Debt recovery officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Newvest Recoveries Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for motivated, responsible and target-oriented individuals to join our Debt Recovery Team handling bank portfolios, including OCBC and HSBC.

Both experienced candidates and fresh graduates are welcome. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers by telephone to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Communicate professionally with customers and negotiate suitable payment arrangements.
• Follow up on promises to pay (PTP) and monitor payment commitments.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update collection activities in the system.
• Follow company procedures and maintain professional communication at all times.

Requirements

• Able to communicate confidently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.
• Able to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in debt collection, telesales or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM. Occasional extended hours may be required based on operational needs and performance.
