Full Time Head of HR Transformation - MY880298 Jobs, in Morgan Philips Group Federal Territory - Maukerja

Our client, a well-established player in Malaysia’s financial services sector, is looking for a senior HR leader to drive the digitalization of its people function across the group. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will shape the HR operating model, simplify how HR services are delivered, and build a dependable people-data and HR technology foundation that delivers measurable business value.

What you’ll do

HR service excellence, Strategy and operating model

• Partner with HR function leads to turn business priorities into a group people strategy and workforce plan
• Propose HR policies, governance structures and approval frameworks for leadership endorsement
• Review end-to-end HR processes, define standard workflows, service levels and clear process ownership
• Ensure operational HR delivery remains embedded within the relevant teams while standards are applied consistently

HR technology and people analytics

• Oversee the HR systems landscape, including ongoing operations and enhancements
• Work with IT to set data quality standards, access governance and controls, and deliver accurate group-wide HR reporting and analytics
• Identify and prioritize digital and AI opportunities across the employee journey
• Ensure new tools go through proper privacy, security and fairness reviews, with human oversight and piloting before wider rollout

Change and capability building

• Lead communication and training plans with HR teams to drive adoption
• Monitor readiness and uptake, remove barriers, and grow the capabilities of the transformation team
• Own the multi-year HR transformation roadmap and supporting business cases
• Manage budgets, resources and vendors within approved limits, track dependencies and escalate risks early
• Assess emerging HR technology on business fit and proven value
• Work with IT, Finance, Risk and Compliance to keep controls strong and improvements sustained
