Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the sales, marketing, and business expansion of our Biomedical and Bioindustry business units across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development, sales, and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead and oversee sales and marketing activities for the Biomedical and Bioindustry business units.
  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential markets locally and internationally.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Drive regional and international market expansion to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, sales performance, and business development targets.
  • Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support commercial and strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • Preferred experience: 5–8 years in business development, sales, or marketing within the biomedical, biotechnology, life sciences, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in leading sales and marketing activities and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience in regional or international business development is an added advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
