Responsibilities
We are looking for a
cheerful, outgoing, energetic and self-motivated Sales Admin
to join our growing team!
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and related documents.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders.
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Cheerful, outgoing and approachable personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
Proactive, independent and a good team player.
Well-organised, meticulous and able to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Relevant sales administration experience is an advantage.

Hsieh Kun Co., Ltd. was founded in July 1997. For several years, it has been committed to the manufacturing of foundations, high-rigidity anti-vibration platforms, machine tool SEISMIC, EQE anti-vibration and anti-slip fixing, as well as raised floor cutting, aluminum extrusion, and stainless steel product design and development. In order to serve more manufacturers, an office was established in Tainan in August 2000, with Hsinchu as the headquarters. In view of future market changes, in July 2001, in order to expand its business, a factory was set up in Shanghai, China (Hsieh Wei Integrated Circuit Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.).
