Job Description

• System Design & Layout AutoCAD: Develop, evaluate and optimize industrial mechanical layouts and material flow paths to maximize manufacturing efficiency and footprint utilization.
• Electro-Pneumatic Engineering: Design, size and troubleshoot complex pneumatic circuits, including valve manifolds, actuators, cylinders and air-preparation (FRL) units integrated with electrical control signals.
• Schematics & P&ID Development: Draft, interpret and update Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), loop diagrams and detailed electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Controls & PID Tuning: Implement, program and tune Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) loops for process controls (temperature, pressure, flow and speed) within PLC/SCADA systems.
• Electrical Integration: Design electrical control panels, specify low-voltage components, size circuit protection and map PLC I/O wiring architectures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing and maintenance teams to troubleshoot chronic equipment failures, reduce cycle times, and execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related automation discipline.
• 1-3 years of working experience.
• Have knowledge in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, P&ID and Electro-Pneumatic Systems and Layouts
• Industrial automation standards (e.g., ANSI, ISO, IEC, NEC) and lean manufacturing principles experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, excellent technical documentation and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts across teams.
