• Participate in a structured management trainee program to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting within the F&B industry.
• Assist in monitoring daily sales transactions, cash flow, expenses, and financial performance across F&B outlets.
• Support the finance team in preparing financial reports, budget forecasts, cost analysis, and expense tracking.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to monitor food costs, inventory expenses, and operational profitability.
• Assist in handling invoices, payment processing, financial reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Develop financial analysis, problem-solving, and leadership skills through practical training and involvement in financial decision-making.
