About the Job

In this position, you will work under the Finance department, specializing handle Account Receivables set of accounting. Aside from day-to-day responsibilities, you will also handle any tasks assigned by the Finance Manager and Director.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive payments and generate receipts
• Issue credit and debit notes for additional charges
• Use SAP to handle operational matters
• Deliver account statements to customers
• Attend to customers’ queries and department’s administrative tasks
• Assist with audit outsource matters with external auditors
• Draft monthly financial statements and reports

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in an accounting role
• Able to work with tight deadlines
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Good computer literacy ability
