Full Time Regional Medical Science Liaison – Oncology Jobs, in BTI Executive Search Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, specialists, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct scientific discussions and provide medical support for Haematology-Oncology products.
• Support product launch planning, medical education programs, advisory boards, and congress activities.
• Gather market insights, unmet medical needs, and competitive intelligence.
• Support Named Patient Programs (NPPs), Early Access Programs (EAPs), and clinical research initiatives.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, Market Access, and Business Development teams.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Medical Affairs, MSL, or a similar pharmaceutical/biotech role.
• Strong scientific communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Good understanding of the Malaysian healthcare ecosystem.
• Willingness to travel

Preferred

• Experience in Haematology-Oncology.
• Established relationships with oncology/haematology KOLs.
• PharmD, PhD, MD, Registered Pharmacist, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in product launches, NPPs/EAPs, or regional ASEAN markets.
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Regulatory, Commercial, Market Access, or Business Development teams.
