Billing Operations Manager (Labrador Park)

Salary: $3,960–$7,800/month
Contract Duration: 8 months
️ Contract Period: 11 January 2027 – 10 August 2027
Working Hours: Full-time, 42 hours per week

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Business, with 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Positive attitude, meticulousness and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
• Comfortable handling large datasets, operational tasks and tight deadlines.
• Proactive, self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools, Power Pivot, Power Query, Tableau or other dashboarding platforms is preferred.
• Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of automation or scripting tools such as Python, VBA or Power Automate is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to provide billing support and analysis.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities for billing and accruals.
• Ensure billing activities meet stipulated deadlines and tender requirements.
• Liaise with vendors on billing matters, resolve disputes and establish compliant billing frameworks.
• Review existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyse data to identify gaps and recommend suitable solutions.
• Review outstanding debts and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
• Prepare billing reports and presentation materials for stakeholders.
