Job Summary
We are preparing to open a new Sizzpot outlet and are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and plate high-quality claypot and sizzling wok dishes during busy service periods, consistently following brand standards. This role suits someone who values reliability, rhythm, responsibility and kitchen hygiene.
Job Description
Independently cook and plate sizzling claypot, casserole and related hot-station dishes, maintaining consistent quality and speed during peak hours
Follow brand recipes, portion controls and presentation standards strictly for every order
Work closely with prep cooks and kitchen helpers to ensure smooth, efficient service
Maintain a clean, safe workstation and comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
Job Requirements
Proven experience operating a hot station, ideally with zhi zhi pot, claypot, casserole or similar products
Able to work calmly and consistently under pressure, with strong teamwork and a sense of responsibility
Committed to food hygiene and willing to follow standardised procedures
Eligible to work in Singapore. Salary range: S$3,400 – S$3,600, based on relevant experience
