Our client, a well-established non-profitable organisation is seeking for a Planning & Development , Senior Manager ( Social Services / Healthcare ) - $ 9,500.00 + AWS + attractive bonuses / 21 annual leave / Central area
Requirements
Degree holder
At least 5 to 8 years of Managerial experience in Planning & Development functions - Strategic and Operational for a Social Services / Healthcare environment.
Strong experience in planning, implementation and reviews medium to long term plans & initiatives. Conscientious in ascertaining and assessing relevant strategic and operational matters that might impact business model, modus operandi and strategies, Mission and Vision.
Conduct strategic reviews/analysis, study into areas of organisation development, and work in various settings within MINDS that pertain directly or indirectly to the organisation’s strategic and management planning processes.
Strong inter-personal communication and problem-solving skills - Workplan Seminars, Board Management Retreats, Annual Planning Forums, Board Meetings, Partnership Engagements, and Senior Management Meetings.
Strong knowledge in Strategic Planning, Risk Management and Occupational Health and Safety, or quality improvement

Office hours, 5 day work week, Flexi work arrangement
