- Ensure legal compliance and other administrative matters
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including placing job ads, selecting candidates, and managing interview and related administrative process
- Build strong and positive work relationship with employee.
- Work closely with the authorities and ensure compliance of HR policies & procedures in Singapore
- Preparation of organization orientation for new staffs
- Involved in payroll process and claim
- Involved in site operations when required
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resource management
- Possess a Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration-related discipline
- Manage team resources to ensure adequate staffing and capability levels
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in managing different priorities/multitasking
