Full Time Training Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Symphony Digest Selangor - Maukerja

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Confident in communicating, presenting and engaging with clients

• Interested in business development, client relationship management and training

• Proactive, target-oriented and comfortable with client follow-ups

• Interest or knowledge in banking, finance or capital markets is an advantage

• Experience in sales, business development, public speaking or training is an advantage

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Monday – Friday | 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM

• Conduct outbound calls and on-site visits with existing and potential corporate clients to build relationships and identify opportunities

• Understand client needs and introduce suitable training solutions based on their requirements

• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations and presentations

• Coordinate with clients and trainers to deliver training programmes

• Develop training materials and support business development initiatives

• Conduct and co-facilitate training programmes, workshops and briefings
