Minimum SPM qualification.

Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software, such as SQL.

Responsible, accurate and able to maintain confidentiality.

Organised, detail-oriented, willing to learn and able to work independently.

A constructive team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage.

Perform data entry for daily sales, payments and petty cash.

Process supplier invoices and payments.

Maintain organised and up-to-date accounting records.

Manage filing, office documents and related administrative records.

Coordinate documents and reports with outlets.

Assist with HR-related tasks, including attendance, onboarding and payroll preparation.

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
