Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.20.

  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; candidates with limited working experience are also welcome.

  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in the manufacturing industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good analytical and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Willing to work across different departments and operational environments.

  • Willing to be based in Banting, Kuala Langat, Selangor.

  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the 12-month Management Trainee Program (MTP) and complete assigned training and development activities.

  • Undergo structured on-the-job training and gain practical exposure to assigned departments and business operations.

  • Assist managers and supervisors in daily departmental operations and assigned tasks.

  • Learn and understand the company’s work processes, procedures, policies and operational requirements.

  • Participate in departmental projects, improvement initiatives and cross-functional assignments.

  • Collect, analyze and prepare relevant data, reports and presentations as required.

  • Identify operational issues and assist in developing practical solutions and process improvements.

  • Work closely with employees from different departments to gain a broader understanding of the organization.

  • Attend training sessions, briefings and other development activities as assigned.

  • Maintain proper records and documentation related to assigned tasks and projects.

  • Take initiative to learn new skills and continuously improve work performance.

  • Receive and act on feedback from managers and supervisors during regular performance reviews.

  • Demonstrate the ability to take on increasing responsibilities throughout the program.

  • Support other duties or assignments as reasonably assigned by the management.

  • Upon successful completion of the program, take on a suitable permanent position based on performance, capabilities, qualifications and organizational requirements.
