Full Time Managing Director - Singapore Jobs, in KSC Consultants Pte Ltd - Maukerja

We are partnering with an established international logistics company to appoint a Managing Director for its Singapore business.

This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for the Singapore organization, including P&L, commercial growth, operations and people leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the overall strategy and performance of the Singapore business
• Drive sustainable revenue and profitability growth
• Strengthen key customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Oversee Air & Ocean Freight operations and service performance
• Lead, develop and engage the local management team
• Work closely with regional and global leadership on business strategy and growth initiatives

Ideal profile:

• Strong leadership experience within freight forwarding / international logistics
• Proven P&L and commercial management experience
• Good knowledge of the Singapore logistics and freight forwarding market
• Strong exposure to Air and Ocean Freight
• Commercially driven with the ability to balance growth, operations and people leadership
