Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts
Strong understanding of IG, FB, XHS, TikTok, and Douyin
Basic content creation skills
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus
Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish content tailored to each platform
Manage daily posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and formats
Monitor trends, sounds, and viral formats
Engage with followers and build community
Track performance metrics and prepare reports
Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams
