Your Responsibilities
- Draft and post job ads on social media and other recruitment platforms
- Find and engage candidates, members and clients through phone calls, networking, referrals, job fairs and other channels
- Walk new members through registration, job requirements, payments, benefits and onboarding
- Learn clients' manpower needs, work schedules and requirements
- Pair candidates with suitable openings using our automated matching system
- Interview and evaluate candidates on job duties, grooming standards, salary expectations, benefits and overall fit
- Nurture strong relationships with current and potential clients
- Keep in touch with candidates and clients so the hiring and placement process runs smoothly
- Strive to meet individual and team targets
- A dependable, responsible and service-focused mindset
- A readiness to learn and keep up in a fast-paced setting
- A results-driven approach with the motivation to hit targets
- Comfort with working onsite and visiting clients' offices when needed
- Availability by phone after regular hours when required
- Willingness to work weekends when rostered (you'll get two rest days every week, scheduled around operational needs)
