Key Requirements

• Possess at least SPM in any field

• Pleasant personality, hardworking, willing to learn and a team player

• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

• Willing to work on alternate Saturdays (9.00 am - 2.00 pm)

Key responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote SME products, packages and promotions

• Generate targeted sales and achieve monthly sales targets

• Attend to inbound enquiries regarding products and packages

• Provide accurate information and suitable solutions to customers

• Deliver excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
