About El Nahl Honey / AMBUZZ Trading El Nahl Honey ("Better Wellness, Healthier Living") is a rapidly growing FMCG and wellness company operating across e-commerce, retail, wholesale, logistics, and production channels. As we scale our operations, we are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and integrate our end-to-end operational ecosystem across multiple departments.

Role Overview You will oversee and optimize our entire supply chain operation across six core functions: Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Halal Compliance, and Business Development Operations Support. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on leader with strong analytical and people-management skills to drive efficiency, cost control, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Supply Chain Leadership: Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business growth; integrate planning across procurement, production, inventory, and distribution; drive scalability and continuous improvement.
• Procurement Management: Oversee sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and procurement planning with local and international suppliers to ensure cost optimization and supply continuity.
• Warehouse & Inventory Management: Optimize inventory accuracy, stock turnover, and storage utilization; implement inventory control systems, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation to minimize stock loss, expiry, and variances.
• Production Coordination: Align production planning with sales forecasts; monitor production efficiency, yield, quality standards, and manufacturing schedules in close coordination with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Logistics & Distribution: Manage transportation, order fulfillment, delivery performance, and 3PL providers to improve fulfillment speed and optimize distribution costs.
• Halal & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with JAKIM Halal standards, documentation, renewals, supplier compliance, food safety standards, and audit readiness.
• Operational Excellence & Leadership: Develop and enforce SOPs across all six operational departments; lead ERP and inventory digitization initiatives; manage, coach, and review department heads and supervisors.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of supply chain or operations experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial leadership role.
• Proven track record managing multi-department operations in FMCG, food manufacturing, retail, or distribution.
• Hands-on experience with Halal-certified food manufacturing or JAKIM compliance is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP / inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership, supplier negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
