Responsibilities
Role Purpose
Provide senior-level support for identity, access control, and collaboration governance across Microsoft 365 platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Support identity lifecycle management including user provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning
Administer Entra ID security groups, role-based access control, and conditional access policies
Support enforcement of identity andcollaboration-related security policies across Microsoft 365
Support governance and access controls forMicrosoft 365 collaboration services, including
SharePoint Online and Teams
Assist in investigation and resolution ofauthentication and access-related incidents
Support audits, reviews, and compliance checksfor Microsoft 365 identity and collaboration services
Maintain identity and access management procedures and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
Senior experience in identity and access management within Microsoft 365
Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, and access control concepts
Proven troubleshooting and documentation skills
