Are you a hands-on engineering professional with a passion for precision automation and hardware-software integration? We are looking for a meticulous Commissioning Engineer to join our R&D team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bringing cutting-edge R&D prototypes to life—bridging the gap between design and mass production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive overall commissioning of R&D prototypes, covering mechanical verification, electrical verification, and software-hardware joint debugging for performance optimization.

• Partner closely with design engineers to validate designs, record commissioning issues, flag defects, and propose actionable optimizations.

• Formulate commissioning Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), test specifications, and structured commissioning reports.

• Support trial production and transfer your commissioning processes and expertise to our mass production team.

• Cooperate with test engineers to execute rigorous prototype performance testing and reliability verification.

What We Are Looking For:

• Degree or higher in Mechatronics, Automation, Optoelectronic Technology, or a related discipline.

• Min 3+ years of hands-on assembly and commissioning experience in precision automation equipment (experience with optical or semiconductor equipment is a strong plus).

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and electrical schematic diagrams.

  • Familiar with mechanical assembly processes and electrical wiring specifications.

  • Capable of performing basic software and hardware troubleshooting.
