Job Summary

Support the Qualified Person (QP) by supervising structural and civil works, managing site teams, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Qualified Person (QP) to supervise structural works according to approved drawings and project requirements
• Liaise and conduct inspections with Main Contractor’s Engineer/Supervisor to ensure work quality and compliance
• Monitor progress and perform structural inspections to verify adherence to approved drawings and specifications
• Review and check structural and architectural works against contract drawings, specifications, approved shop drawings, and method statements
• Provide on-site supervision for civil and structural construction to ensure compliance with project specifications, construction drawings, and Building Control Act and Regulations
• Manage and lead a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officers to ensure effective supervision and accountability for their work performance
• Oversee all construction aspects of the project, maintain records of works, materials, and equipment on site, and document meetings and discussions
• Assist in coordinating contractor activities with consultants and external parties to facilitate smooth project execution
