Full Time Pre-Sales Engineer (IT) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,000 in Inter Island Group Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify potential sales opportunities from a technical perspective to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating solution benefits and value propositions to prospective customers.
• Manage Proof of Concept (PoC) activities and conduct product demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities and technical feasibility.
• Provide customers with regular technology updates, product enhancements, and insights into relevant industry developments.
• Prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation to support RFQ, RFP, and tender submissions.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, addressing customer inquiries related to product features, specifications, functionalities, and system integration.
• Collaborate with technology principals, internal sales teams, and product specialists to develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or a similar IT-related role.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and services, including DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
• Good knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), network security, and encryption technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel within Klang Valley for customer meetings and business-related activities.
