Job Description
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily site inspections, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and non-destructive or material testing.
Verify that site activities match engineering codes, standards, and approved drawings; lead internal/external quality audits
Manage quality records, calibration certificates, and material submittals, and issue or close
Non-Conformance Reports
Verify latest drawing revisions, set lines/levels, check rebar spacing/cover, inspect formwork rigidity, and run concrete slump tests.
Enforce mandatory hold points and stop work if site execution deviates from approved specifications.
Monitor concrete vibration, curing time, brickwork plumb, plaster thickness, and waterproofing tests.
