Full Time Warehouse Coordinator (TGR No.2) [SL] Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in WECRUIT PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing incoming and outgoing goods.

Prepare shipping documents and import/export paperwork in accordance with company SOPs.

Coordinate shipment clearance, transportation, and delivery with customers and logistics partners.

Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status.

Process shipment invoices upon completion of orders.

Work closely with the warehouse supervisor and other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Maintain inventory records, conduct stock checks, and report discrepancies.

Monitor operational performance to ensure KPIs and service standards are achieved.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Maintain workplace housekeeping and comply with safety requirements.

Perform other duties assigned by management.
