Full Time Key Account Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,500 in BAUMANN SPRING CO. (S) PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

This position will focus on developments with key customers, joining solutions to new and next generation markets OEMs and selected niche application markets.

The opportunity requires and provides the candidate with a broad regional exposure and responsibilities within a global sales organization.

You will serve existing global customers, develop customized offerings, for existing and new projects and programs. You will be the window of contact to connect all our supply of products.

You will scope, evaluate and strategies with the targeted markets and develop partnership with high focus to meet matching qualifications from customers.

You are able to lead and contribute to achieve organization’s goal towards excellence and advancement. Responsibilities:

• Develop annual sales forecast, budget and achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Action plans to mitigate any gaps in sales forecast.
• Taking care and further development of relationship and business of allocated customer portfolio.
• Leading and coordination of price negotiations and ensuring competitive offerings.
• Acquisition of new accounts in the defined market segments and/or business fields.
• Conduct market screening activities regularly, to ensure involvement in relevant new business.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of industry experience in business development or sales and marketing in various industries.
• Min Diploma in Engineering, Sales & marketing or equivalent experience preferred
• Relevant experience with established relationships, strong relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-oriented and independent in a fast-paced environment
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skill
