• Be a part of a dynamic team supporting digital transformation, data-driven initiatives, and stakeholder engagement to enhance service delivery and drive meaningful improvements in the social service sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and enhancement of digital systems to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Assist in piloting technology and AI tools with relevant stakeholders and service providers.
• Review operational workflows, manage data and support data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to strengthen organisational and service delivery capabilities.
• Support the development and review of competency frameworks and workforce development initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, meetings, events and change management initiatives.
• Provide administrative, logistical and project coordination support as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Experience in social services, community services, project coordination, digital transformation or change management would be advantageous.
• Good data management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Keen interest in technology, AI applications and data-driven improvements.
• Strong organisational, coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
