Job Description

• Support the MD in overseeing daily operations, monitoring business performance, and implementing strategic initiatives across multiple brands and sales channels.
• Develop an end-to-end understanding of the business value chain, including sourcing, distribution, retail operations, and customer experience.
• Build relationships with suppliers, distributors, and retail partners while supporting commercial negotiations, partnerships, and business development.
• Conduct market and store visits to assess sales performance, competitor activities, market trends, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in strategic planning, cross-functional projects, business reporting, stakeholder meetings, and follow-up on key action items.

Requirement

• Retail industry experience is essential, preferably in consumer electronics, mobile devices, lifestyle products or FMCG.
• Experience in business operations, commercial management, retail operations or business development is preferred.
• Willingness to conduct regular store visits and attend business meetings across Singapore.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in business engagements.
• A valid driving licence would be an advantage.
