• Partner with regional business stakeholders to implement impactful workforce plans and support organizational change initiatives

• Drive full-cycle recruitment campaigns across regional offices while optimizing modern applicant tracking workflows

• Supervise regional payroll administration and coordinate with international teams to deliver core people development initiatives

• Champion employee engagement, well-being strategies, and sound advisory on internal workplace relations

• Administer compensation and benefits frameworks through structured market reviews and broker partnerships

• Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent 

• At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience 

• Solid foundation in Singapore labor legislation, with exposure to broader Asia-Pacific statutory regulations

• Possess good communications and stakeholder management skills
