Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification with retail sales experience
- School leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Willing to learn with a strong passion to develop a career in sales
- Able to work 45 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Promote and market OSIM products and services
- Maximise all opportunities in the process of closing a sale
- Handle all customer enquiries and requests from various platforms promptly and professionally
- Update and maintain customer interaction records in the database
- Assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully
- Maintain an amicable working relationship with business partners and customers
- Prepare monthly reports and documentation when required
- Demonstrate professional selling skills and good product knowledge to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
