Full Time Talent Acquisition Assistant Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,000 in OCTOMATE STAFFING PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for individuals to join Octomate Staffing Pte Ltd on a temporary, contractor, or part-time basis.

In this role, you will gain hands-on recruitment experience, working closely with clients to support their staffing needs through candidate engagement, interview coordination, and overall recruitment operations.

End-to-End Recruitment

• Publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms to support staffing requirements
• Support clients’ staffing requirements by sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates across various job roles and industries, while coordinating the recruitment process through successful placement
• Prepare recruitment-related documentation and reports
• Conduct candidate research and outreach through various channels, including cold calling, online job sites, internal databases, and professional networks
• Assist with workflow deployment and rostering arrangements when required

Project Support

• Participate in ad-hoc turnkey projects to support clients and business needs
• Update and maintain the firm’s internal database  

Requirements& Qualification

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level
• Able to work towards targets and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn
• Possess good communication skills to engage confidently with candidates
• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
