PrepAce runs live 8-week cohorts in DSA and System Design (LLD + HLD), taught by a senior backend engineer with about 7 years at Agoda, Arcesium and ixigo, and a LeetCode Guardian DSA instructor. Our first batches start on 28 Nov and 5 Dec. We're looking for a BDA intern who likes talking to students and engineers and can help them pick the right cohort.

What you'll do

• Talk to students and early-career engineers who show interest (form leads, DMs, college groups) and help them choose between DSA, System Design or the bundle
• Run short calls and WhatsApp conversations, answer questions about the syllabus, schedule and refund policy, and share the enrollment link
• Reach out to college placement cells, coding clubs and communities to set up free sessions or info talks
• Keep a simple lead tracker updated (name, source, status, next follow-up)
• Share what students ask and object to, so we can improve the page and the offer

What you'll earn

• 10% of the amount paid for every enrollment that comes through your personal referral code, for example ₹1,000 on a ₹9,999 DSA seat, ₹1,500 on a ₹14,999 System Design seat and ₹2,000 on a ₹19,999 bundle
• Paid by UPI or bank transfer once the cohort's refund window closes; refunded enrollments earn no commission
• No fixed stipend, no targets you're penalised for, and no cost to you
• Completion certificate and a recommendation letter based on results

You're a good fit if you

• Are a student or recent graduate, ideally from a CS or IT background, so you understand what DSA and system design interviews involve
• Speak clearly in English and Hindi (another Indian language is a plus)
• Are comfortable starting conversations and following up without being pushy
• Are active in college, coding or tech communities
