Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Governance: Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, resources, and governance processes.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Coordinate infrastructure, network, security, application teams, and vendors, including cabling and hardware movement.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; drive resolution and escalate critical issues.
- Infrastructure Delivery: Track readiness of servers, storage, networks, cloud, security, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery components.
- Change & Release Management: Coordinate implementation schedules, change windows, CAB approvals, cutover, migration, and rollback plans.
- Testing & Validation: Ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance, security, and operational testing, including defect resolution and sign-offs.
- Release Readiness: Coordinate project kick-off, team availability, configuration completion, approvals, and sign-offs.
- Documentation & Handover: Ensure operational documentation, support runbooks, knowledge transfer, BAU handover, and final project closure are completed.
- Infrastructure project planning and end-to-end delivery management.
- Stakeholder and vendor coordination across technical teams.
- Risk, issue, dependency, and resource management.
- Infrastructure implementation, migration, and cutover coordination.
- Change management, CAB approvals, and release readiness.
- SIT/UAT coordination, technical sign-offs, and BAU handover.
- Strong communication, governance, and documentation skills.
