Live Host Cum Retail

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera, especially during TikTok LIVE sessions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage audiences and interact professionally with customers.
• Friendly, patient and customer-oriented, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing and social media, particularly TikTok and Facebook.
• Able to explain product features, answer customer enquiries and promote products effectively.
• Responsible, hardworking, disciplined and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to learn new skills, follow company instructions and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation is an advantage.
• Previous experience in live hosting, retail sales or customer service is preferred but not compulsory.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct TikTok LIVE sessions for a minimum of 4–5 hours daily to promote and sell company products.
• Engage with viewers, answer questions and encourage purchases during live sessions.
• Assist walk-in customers by providing product information, recommendations and excellent customer service.
• Create engaging promotional videos and social media content to increase brand awareness.
• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media platforms.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the retail showroom is clean, organised and presentable.
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Support daily retail operations and perform other tasks assigned by management.

Salary & Benefits
