Full Time STAFF NURSE (Pusat Hemodialis YASA) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,300 in LIFECORE MEDICAL SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct assessment and monitor vital sign patient prior, during and post dialysis.
• Consistency in administering hemodialysis treatment according to Standard Protocol included set up and operate dialysis machine, functioning and safety.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team (Physician, Nurse Practitioners, and other healthcare professional) to implement patient care plan included dialysis procedure, treatment plans, diet restrictions, fluids intake and activity daily living.
• Maintain accuracy and update detail medical records, patient assessment, interventions, outcome, and records dialysis treatment parameters.
• Adhere and follow strict infection control protocol to prevent and minimize the risk of infection in dialysis unit.
• Promptly respond and effective reaction to emergencies medical crises during dialysis and implement emergency protocol to ensure patient safety.
• Maintain compliance with relevant standards, policies, procedures, and changes in health regulations to practice corporately.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing education and training opportunities to improve knowledge and skill with current advancement in nephrology and dialysis setting, also to maintain professional certification and licensure.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
