Job Description
Responsibilities
We welcome candidates with relevant experience, fresh graduates and applicants without prior fund administration experience. Training and guidance will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain accounting records and prepare bank reconciliations for funds and related entities.
Assist with fund administration, including net asset value (NAV) calculations and investor reporting.
Process and record fund transactions, subscriptions, redemptions and expenses.
Prepare accounting schedules and assist with financial reporting.
Liaise with clients, auditors and other service providers.
Support other accounting and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
Comfortable working with numbers and Microsoft Excel.
Careful, organised and willing to learn.
Able to communicate effectively and work well within a team.
