Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform troubleshooting and failure analysis for production fallouts.
Troubleshoot, repair and maintenance of machine/equipment/tool/jig
Validates & maintains test equipment in good condition by performing periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Assist Test Engineer on test equipment and set-up for NPI (New Project Introduction)
Ensure compliance to the quality standards, company guidelines & procedures are adhered to whilst providing necessary support to production.
Compile Test Yield Report.
Constantly looking into better test efficiencies to improve the test yield.
Perform rework and repair of printed circuit board assemblies (through hole and SMT parts) according to IPC standards.
Feedback unusual high fallout to Test Engineer.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Nitec
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred
Hands-on experience operating equipment such as de-soldering tools, hot air blowers, SRT machines, soldering irons, and related equipment
