We are seeking a technically inclined and hands-on Machine Operator Intern to join our production department.

This position offers practical exposure to industrial printing equipment, apparel manufacturing machinery, machine setup, operational monitoring, and basic preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operating sublimation printing machines, DTF printers, heat press machines, cutting equipment, and other production machinery.
• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operational adjustments.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure consistent printing quality and production output.
• Support daily equipment inspections, cleaning, and routine maintenance activities.
• Identify basic machine faults, printing defects, and operational abnormalities.
• Assist technicians and supervisors in troubleshooting machine-related issues.
• Monitor printing materials, ink usage, transfer paper, and other production consumables.
• Follow machine operating procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of machine operation, downtime, and maintenance activities.
• Support production efficiency improvement and machine performance optimisation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology, or related technical fields.
• Interest in industrial machines, printing technology, and manufacturing equipment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems is an advantage.
• Willing to perform hands-on technical tasks.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
• No previous working experience required.
