Full Time Line Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Pivotal System (Malaysia) Kedah - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment transfer, positioning, baseline setup, and conditioning runs for the new GFC-S production line.
• Support smooth production ramp-up to ensure targets for operational output, cycle time, and quality are met.
• Develop deep technical familiarity with product architecture, functional specifications, sub-assemblies, and operational mechanisms.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, exploded views, engineering schematics, and wiring diagrams to verify assembly specifications and accuracy.
• Conduct root-cause failure analysis on non-conforming units or product anomalies during assembly and testing processes.
• Identify line bottlenecks, yield loss of root causes, and assembly inefficiencies to propose actionable engineering and process enhancements.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Lean production initiatives) to optimize throughput and reduce scrap rates.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality engineers to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and line setup checklists.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment (Fresh graduates with strong technical project background may be considered).
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex mechanical blueprints, schematic diagrams, and assembly layouts.
• Strong technical comprehension of mechanical/electronic assemblies and product functionality.
• Experience in product troubleshooting, defect verification, and structured failure analysis.
• Familiarity with process flow optimization, cycle time reduction, standard operating procedures, and quality tools.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
