About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to oversee our company’s overall technology strategy, enterprise IT infrastructure, and digital transformation roadmap. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will play a critical role in aligning technology initiatives, system architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks with overarching business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and execute a long-term enterprise technology strategy that supports business growth, operational efficiency, and scalable innovation.
• Digital Transformation: Lead the integration of cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and automated workflows across key business functions.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Establish robust IT security standards, data privacy governance, disaster recovery, and risk management protocols in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Infrastructure & System Management: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of enterprise networks, applications, and hardware systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Team & Stakeholder Management: Mentor and lead an internal team of IT professionals, while managing relationships with key technology vendors and external service providers.
• Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage the IT budget, capital expenditures, and resource allocation to optimize return on technology investments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in executive or senior IT management roles (e.g., CIO, Head of IT, VP of Technology).
• Strong track record of planning and executing enterprise-wide digital transformation and IT infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity governance, and enterprise software platforms.
• Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to communicate technical strategies to executive stakeholders.
