As an Finance & Admin Associate (F&B Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Handle daily sales, cash and payment reconciliation
Process invoices, staff claims and payments
Maintain records of revenue, expenses and petty cash
Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
Monitor food, beverage and operating costs
Assist with inventory and stock reporting
Support bank reconciliation and month-end closing
Prepare basic financial reports for management
Maintain finance and HR records and ensure compliance
Support HR operations, work pass applications and general administration
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or related field.
Candidate who have 2 years of relevant duties will be an added advantage.
