Full Time Manager, Corporate Planning & Treasury Jobs, Salary up to MYR 15,000 in Career Horizons WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. An MBA will be an added advantage.

• 5–7 years of relevant working experience, with at least 5 years in a corporate finance role within a corporate environment.

• Experience with Big 4 firms or boutique M&A advisory firms will be an advantage.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in financial modelling and valuation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge and experience in accounting, taxation, and legal matters will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Perform financial modelling, planning, forecasting, and reporting activities across the organisation’s businesses, operations, subsidiaries, and investments.

• Support the execution of strategic and business initiatives through financial analysis and insights.

• Participate in financial due diligence for corporate exercises, including acquisitions, divestitures, and capital market transactions, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

• Support the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans across various business areas.

• Provide financial insights and analysis to support informed business decisions and alignment with financial and operational objectives.

• Represent Corporate Finance in cross-functional workstreams involving Group Finance, Strategy, Company Secretariat, and Sustainability, ensuring financial alignment and consistency across the Group.

Treasury

• Manage and monitor day-to-day treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, short-term liquidity management, and working capital monitoring.

• Support effective cash management and funding requirements across the business.

• Coordinate debt facility and bank account administration, including documentation, Limit of Authority updates, and end-to-end debt drawdown processes.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, financial institutions, and external partners on treasury and financing matters.

• Monitor compliance with internal treasury policies, financing agreements, and applicable regulatory requirements.
