Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom, ensuring products are well-displayed and merchandise is replenished regularly.

Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, conducting stocktakes, and reporting discrepancies to management.

Demonstrate product knowledge to effectively advise customers and upsell or cross-sell relevant items.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and loss prevention.

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.
