Roles & Responsibilities

•   ManpowerPlanning & Budget Control
  Plan crew requirements and manage recruitment, salaries, and crew changeswithin the approved budget.
•   Crew Recruitment& Selection
  Prepare recruitment advertisements, screen candidates, conduct interviews, andrecommend suitable crew for management approval.
•   CrewQualifications & Certification
  Verify crew qualifications, experience, medical fitness, and the validity ofall required certificates and licences.
•   EmploymentContracts & Documentation
  Prepare and maintain employment contracts, crew records, and joining documents.
•   Work Pass &Regulatory Coordination
  Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other requiredsubmissions with the relevant authorities.
•   Crew Change& Travel Arrangements
  Manage crew rotation schedules, sign-on and sign-off procedures, flights,accommodation, and transportation.
•   Training &Licence Management
  Arrange required training and monitor certificate and licence expiry dates toensure timely renewal.
•   Payroll &Welfare Coordination
  Coordinate salary payments, payslips, leave, medical assistance, and crewwelfare matters.
•   Client &Vessel Coordination
  Liaise with vessel owners, ship managers, Masters, and crew to fulfil manningrequirements and resolve operational issues.
•   Performance& Reporting
  Monitor crew performance, address complaints and disciplinary matters, maintaina pool of qualified crew, and report recruitment progress, costs, andoutstanding issues to management.
