Key Responsibilities/Duties

• Develop and maintain technical standards and guidelines for the Survey Team
• Plan and conduct surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations and other measurements
• Establish and traverse main control points for horizontal and vertical surveys
• Establish monitoring procedures that provide sufficient information on structural stability of structures subjected to horizontal and vertical movements
• Conduct survey setting out, as-built survey and settlement monitoring for construction work
• Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites
• Manage and maintain survey instruments and survey data and records, Lead and support Construction work
• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps and reports of surveys to describe, certify and assume liability of work performed
• Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients and other stakeholders at site
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years relevant land surveying working experience
• Preferably LTA projects experience
