Good English and Japanese communication and comprehension skills, both written and spoken.

Strong attention to detail.

Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.

Review and moderate user-generated content such as videos, images, comments, profiles, and other online content.

Assess content against the client's community guidelines and policies.

Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates the guidelines.

Review potentially sensitive, inappropriate, or restricted content according to established procedures.

Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the appropriate team for further review.

Ensure moderation decisions are accurate, consistent, and aligned with the client's policies.

Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and accuracy.

Document and update case decisions accurately in the internal system.

Keep up to date with changes to moderation policies and guidelines.

Handle confidential information responsibly and follow all data protection and security requirements.
