Full Time Waiter/Waitress Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

·        Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

·        Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress or Food Server in a hotel, restaurant or F&B establishment is an advantage.

·        Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided.

·        Good customer service and interpersonal skills.

·        Friendly, courteous and service-oriented personality.

·        Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.

·        Well-groomed with a professional appearance.

·        Able to work effectively as part of a team.

·        Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

·        Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

·        Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.

·        Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately and serve orders promptly.

·        Set up and prepare tables and dining areas before service.

·        Ensure tables and service areas are kept clean, organised and presentable.

·        Provide guests with information on menu items, promotions and available services.

·        Attend to guest requests and enquiries promptly and courteously.

·        Communicate guest orders and special requests accurately to the Kitchen and relevant team members.

·        Clear and reset tables efficiently after guests have finished dining.

·        Assist with restaurant, banquet and other F&B functions when required.

·        Follow proper food handling, hygiene and safety procedures.

·        Maintain hotel grooming, appearance and service standards at all times.

·        Report guest feedback or complaints promptly to the Captain or Supervisor.
