Full Time Account Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in BCL ALUMINIUM SDN BHD Melaka - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily accounting transactions, including data entry for sales invoices, purchase invoices, payment vouchers and receipts.

2. Maintain and update accounting records in the accounting system.

3. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

4. Issue sales invoices, official receipts, credit notes and debit notes when required.

5. Assist in preparing customer statements and supplier statements.

6. Follow up on outstanding payments from customers and payments due to suppliers.

7. Perform bank reconciliation and assist in monitoring company bank transactions.

8. Verify invoices, receipts, payment slips and other supporting documents.

9. Assist in preparing monthly management reports and Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.

10. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.

11. Assist in monthly closing and year-end accounting procedures.

12. Liaise with suppliers, customers, auditors, tax agents and other relevant parties regarding accounting matters.

13. Assist in monitoring petty cash, staff claims and other operational expenses.

14. Perform stock-related accounting entries and assist with inventory reconciliation when required.

15. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

- Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

- Familiarity with accounting software, preferably SQL Accounting.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

- Detail-oriented, responsible, organised and able to meet deadlines.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
