Responsibilities
Looking for a stable supervisory role in security? Join a well-established organisation as a Security Supervisor and lead a team while ensuring a safe and secure environment.
️ What You’ll Do
Supervise and guide a team of Security Officers
Respond to fire alarms, security alarms and incidents
Conduct patrols around buildings and designated areas
Monitor CCTV and report irregular activities
Manage traffic control and restricted-area access
Operate car park barriers
Verify and authorize entry of members and guests
Ensure security equipment and inventory are accounted for and serviceable
Report incidents, unusual occurrences and facility damages to management
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Security Supervisor / Senior Security Officer
- Valid PLRD Security Supervisor licence
- Relevant WSQ/NSRS Security certifications
- Able to supervise Security Officers and handle security incidents
- Vigilant, responsible and customer-service oriented
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Working Schedule
Current: Work 6 Days, Off 2 Days
Rotating Shifts: 8:00am – 2:45pm / 2:45pm – 10:15pm / 10:15pm – 8:00am
Potential change to Work 4 Days, Off 3 Days with 12-hour shifts.
